Thursday, June 20, 2024 | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern time)
Friday, June 21, 2024 | 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Eastern time)

Over two days, connect with colleagues nationwide to explore the evolving risk profile associated with alternative delivery methods. Hosted by ASCE’s Committee on Claims Reduction and Management (CCRM), this event aims to support the development of best practices and recommendation documents arising from participants’ collective knowledge and experiences.

Workshop objective

Learn from leaders at HNTB, HDR, Kleinfelder, Kennedy-Jenks, Hampton Roads Sanitary District (HRSD), Tampa Airport and Denver International Airport on topics including teaming agreements and providing services during design and construction on Design-Build and Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) projects. Gain knowledge of improvements to operational procedures that reduce the frequency and severity of professional liability claims. At the end of the session, issue a best practice proceedings document summarizing discussions and recommended practices.

Who should attend?

Attendees will be engineering firm leaders, project executives, project managers, risk/claims managers, in-house counsels, and underwriters from the professional liability insurance industry.
